Our small and large group conditioning classes are our version of a cardiovascular workout. They burn calories, ramp up your metabolism and increase your overall fitness through a mixture of metabolic resistance exercises and high tempo aerobic work in a closed facility (no other sessions will be running at the same time) – format/structure/exercise selection varies weekly. Each class runs for 45-55 minutes. Join us if you want to have a blast and torch fat!

Space is limited and pre-registration is a must.

Our hardstyle kettlebell classes are led by our StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructors and are ideal for newcomers to the kettlebell and also those who have been training but want to refine and perfect their technique. With proper coaching, kettlebells can increase strength, endurance and fat loss. Participants can expect to learn the Turkish get-up, swing, squat, clean, press, snatch and more. These classes are suitable for all levels.

Pre-requisite: Must have completed the “Introduction to Kettlebell” workshop.
