What's your most recent sport and/or fitness accomplishment?How long did it take you to prepare?
I have lost 15 pounds in the last 6 months mainly due to working out and eating right.
What does a typical training week look like for you?
I strength train twice a week with Guy on Mondays and Wednesdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are spent on the bike, Fridays I row, Saturdays are off and Sundays I walk for about 10km.
What's your favourite exercise? Why?
I like doing interval training on the rowing machine because you can measure your progress and see the improvements very clearly.
What's your least favourite exercise? Why?
It used to be the bear crawl, I had a mental block about it and it would freak me out all the time. Guy worked with me, and I have finally beaten it! It feels great!
Favourite time of the day to workout.
I like to work out early, like 7:00AM. I like to get it done first thing in the morning, then I feel great for the rest of the day.
What's your most memorable personal record (PR)? Why?
My first half-marathon in 2010. My goal was just to finish. I ended up finishing in 2 hours and 10 minutes and did two more after that but the first one was the most rewarding.
If you were a superhero, who would it be and/or what's one superpower you would like to have?
Spiderman because climbing walls would be awesome!

Favourite place you've ever travelled to. Why?
My favourite trip was Paris with my wife; we had dinner at the Eiffel Tower.

How long have you been training and how did you get started?
I have been working out on and off for about 10 years but have been very dedicated for the last year.
What's your sport and/or fitness background?
I played football and road hockey and have also been running for many years doing 10km races and half-marathons.
