True North Strength and Fitness offers customized training services in Langley. We support all goals in our gym: whether you’re looking for weight loss, sport specific training, special event training, or just overall health, our trainers will work with you to create a customized program to challenge you and keep you motivated. 

True North has three coaches,
Guy, Sasha, and Raf, who are all passionate about helping clients realizing their dreams. Collectively they have over 50 years of personal training experience and carry degrees, certifications, as well as qualifications specific to their specialties. Be sure to meet our coaches and learn more about each one of them.

True North's smaller gym allows for a closer community and a sense of collaboration between clients and coaches alike. This community is what makes the gym a truly special place to train, and our clients often wind up signing up for races and events, and taking part in our
monthly adventures together, forming friendships that extend beyond the four walls!

We offer members a variety of training options, ranging from semi-private training to metabolic conditioning and kettlebell
