Raf grew up playing sports: soccer, basketball, volleyball – as many things as he could get involved in. However, being perceived as the “fat” kid, he was always picked last, and never had a chance to shine.
One summer in high school he decided to stop feeling sorry for himself and make the effort to change his life around. After studying any and all fat loss programs, nutritional guides, and fitness tips he could get his hands on, he was able to lose 60 lbs. Suffice it to say, after weighing in at 200lbs and suddenly appearing a mere featherweight at 140lbs, the news of his extreme transformation circulated around his school.
Then one day one a good friend asked me for his secret - something clicked. He felt a calling that he was meant to help people achieve a second chance. Whether they wanted to drop 10lbs, increase their strength, or just be able to jog pain-free, he wanted to be there to help people reach their goals.
With his personal fat loss and health journey, he was able to experience first-hand the difficulties people face, and used himself to figure out what worked and what didn't.
Now with over 7 years of experience, he continues challenge himself to learn and translate that knowledge to his clients.
