Sasha started her career in the health and fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and lifeguard over 20 years ago.
Having participated in many sports over the years, one of her top achievements was cycling from Seattle to Portland in 1 day! Today she continues to help people use their bodies and enjoy fitness so they may enjoy all of the amazing experiences and activities life has to offer. To learn more about Sasha click here.
Over 30 years ago, Guy decided that he wanted to put the skills he had developed as a counselor for Youth at Risk to use in a different industry, and thus began his career in health and fitness. Having grown up playing hockey, earning his black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the age of 15, and more recently taking part in a variety of endurance events over the last 10 years, he prides himself on helping people understand that the joy is in the journey, not in reaching the destination.
